This page explains how Super Dogs and Cats collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when booking or managing appointments through this site.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT: Your name, email address, phone/mobile number, pet information (name, breed, vet), rabies certificate documents you upload, and your appointment history.
HOW WE USE IT: To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments; to verify your pet's rabies certificate is current; and to respond to questions you send us. Email is used for booking confirmations and reminders. Phone/mobile numbers are used for the same purposes and, only if you opt in on your My Account page, for text message reminders.
TEXT MESSAGING: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All opt-in requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. You can opt out of text reminders at any time from your My Account page, or by replying STOP to any text.
SHARING: We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is used only to provide grooming, bath, and nail services to you and your pet.
SECURITY & RETENTION: Your information is stored on secured servers and kept only as long as needed for appointment history and business recordkeeping.
